Transportation expert with more than 40 years across Engineering, Planning and Management roles within Indian Railways and its associated PSU’s. His achievements included design of Delhi Metro and various innovations in track technology. After having served as the General Manager Central Railway, he rose to the apex level of responsibility on the Indian Railways retiring from the position of Member Engineering ,Railway Board.
Throughout his 40 years of career, Mr. Jain has played a significant role in the successful implementation of major projects for Indian Railway and mass transit systems.
Currently, Mr. Jain is Mentor to M/s Etude Services, an integrated Rail infrastructure firm in India serving National and International Clients. In addition, he teaches project management at TERI University, Delhi and Guest Lecturer at IIT, Gandhi Nagar.

He has worked in India, Germany, France, South Africa, Egypt, Oman and Nigeria with strong experience in handling multi-location, multi-cultural teams. He has worked with top MNC consulting companies.
Dr. Ram Kumar
Structural Engineering Expert
With over 42 years of experience, Dr Ram Kumar, Former Chief General Manager, NHAI, has done Masters and Doctorate in Structural Engineering from IIT Rourkee. He has been head of bridges and structures in CRRI for several years. He has been associated with restoration, retrofitment, and conservation of important bridges, structures, national monuments including Taj Mahal.
Dr. Padmakar Srivastav
GeoTech and Hydrology Expert
With over 28 years of experience in the United States, Dr. Srivastav has done his Masters in Geotechnology from IIT Rourkee and PhD from University of Missouri-Rolla. He is an expert in all types of foundations, pavements and earthen dams. He has expertise in design and maintenance of levees, and while in US Army has been involved in disaster management. He is a US citizen.
